Responsibilities:

Utilize platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant sites to search for and bid on suitable projects.
Write compelling proposals and bid documents that effectively showcase our company's services and expertise.
Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements, answer queries, and build strong relationships.
Collaborate with the internal team to determine project feasibility, pricing, and timeline.
Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
Track and manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely submissions.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Provide regular reports on bidding activities, project status, and progress to the management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Online Bidder in an IT company or similar role.
Indepth knowledge of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other similar sites.
Strong understanding of the IT industry and services offered by our company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write compelling and persuasive proposals.
Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
Selfmotivated with a targetdriven mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
