Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements.
- Coordinating and scheduling the interviews.
- Arranging onboarding formalities & doing Induction.
- Building and maintaining talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Engaging with employees.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 1 to 4 years of handson experience in recruiting the software professionals.
- Should be able to schedule the online & inperson interviews.
- Excellent oral & written communication.
- Professional in Microsoft office tools (Preferred
- MS Excel & PPT)
- Good at negotiation & convincing skills.
- Understanding on attendance management.
- Basic technical knowledge about the Robotics/software/other industries
Qualification:
- BE or B.Tech in any field from a reputed college &
- MBA in Human Resources/Personnel management
