Marketing Manager - JD:


The Company

  • Anuktha a Developer/Builder with a strong pipeline of landbank spread across
Hyderabad, and is primarily into residential and commercial development.

  • The role is part of the group marketing team but will be focused on Marketing the largest gated community coming up near ORR.
  • Our directors have vast experience in Sales & Marketing and are in the process of establishing a highly regarded marketing team in the industry with a great culture and flat hierarchy, offering abundant opportunities for professional growth.

Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on project developments.
  • Address customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, Mentor and Grow a team of Marketing executives
  • Demonstrate patience and empathy in handling customer interactions, particularly in addressing concerns or issues.
  • Effectively manage and deescalate situations involving aggressive customers, ensuring resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update and enhance marketing collateral.
  • Compile and communicate project status updates through various channels.
  • Communicate project specifications, floor plans, and amenities in easily understandable terms for customers.
  • Proactively solicit feedback and adapt marketing communications accordingly.
  • Contribute actively to the development of strategies and insights relevant to each project.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • 510 years of overall experience with at least 2 years of experience in the real estate market.
  • Proven track record in managing customer communications, addressing concerns, and handling queries effectively.
  • Ability to communicate in Telugu, Hindi, English.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Deep understanding of customer pain points and concerns in the property purchasing process.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, utilizing initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Applied principles of logical thinking to address a wide range of intellectual and practical challenges.

Salary:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
