    About the Role:

    The Associate Vice President of Technology plays a crucial leadership role within Kellton overseeing the entire technology landscape and driving the company's digital transformation efforts. This role demands a visionary leader who can chart a strategic course for technology, cultivate innovation, and ensure the seamless execution of technology initiatives. As the Associate Vice President of Technology, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organization by harnessing the power of technology to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations.

    What you will do:

    ● Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

    ● Technology Guidance: Provide detailed guidance in complex projects to the team involved.

    ● Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Digital Transformation: Drive the company's digital transformation efforts, including the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

    ● Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, ensuring its scalability, security, and reliability.

    ● Software Development: Manage software development projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.

    ● Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost control.

    ● Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    ● Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

    Who you are:

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    ● Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, with at least 15 years of experience.

    ● Strong strategic thinking and vision, coupled with the ability to execute and deliver results.

    ● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    ● Experience managing large technology teams and complex projects.

    ● In-depth knowledge of modern technology trends and best practices.

    ● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

    ● Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    At least 15+ years of work experience, 10+ years in program management.

    Education: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech/MBA
