ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF PROGRAM EXECUTIVE (PE)

The Defence Innovation Organisation (DIO) is looking to hire 07 Program Executives (on contract) for its iDEX team having experience in working for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship and creating awareness at the grass-root level.

Detailed job description is given in Annex-I.

The Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX) framework, launched in April 2018 at
DefExpo 2018, primarily aims at creation of an ecosystem to foster innovation and technology development in Defence and Aerospace in India by engaging industries including MSMEs,
Start
- ups, Individual Innovators, R&D Institutes & Academia, and providing them grants/funding and other support to create product and services for future adoption for Indian defence and aerospace needs. iDEX is also the executive arm of the Defence Innovation Organisation (DIO), which is the legal entity, a Section-8 company, created by the defence PSUs HAL & BEL, to support the
MoD in building the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Defence in India by implementing the iDEX framework.

Annex-I

Job Description - Program Executive

3 Method of recruitment Contract Basis

Initially for a period of 2 years (can be extended up to 5 years - one year at a time, on the recommendation of
5 Period of Contract the DIO Board). In case a person leaves before completion of two year, he/she will not get any work certificate.

A total consolidated amount of ₹ 1,00,000/- per month out of which ₹ 20,000/- would be performance based

Remuneration
6 pay based on monthly appraisal each month inclusive

Essential

• A Master's Degree in Science, Management,

Technology or Equivalent, with 02 years of relevant experience is the essential qualification.

7 Education qualification OR

• Bachelor's Degree holders with relevant and sufficient experience the criteria would be

Bachelor's Degree with 04 years of relevant experience.

Desirable

• Experience in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Experience in consulting, project management, or IT operations

Supporting the iDEX management team by managing specific projects related to any of the following iDEX activities:

• Program operations

Job description Collaboration and partner management

• Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis
• Communications and Outreach
• Documentation and Compliance
• Grant Management
• Any other task assigned from time to time.

₹100, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
