_Responsibilities_

_Respond to customer queries and customers concern over phone._

_Making outbound calls to Customers as required. _

_Provide support for Recovery of the account for end user._

_Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies_

_Provide excellent customer service to our customers_

_You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis._

_Responsible to showcase work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger reciprocal environment_

_Qualifications we seek in you_:

_ Minimum qualifications_

_ _

_ _
**_Graduates with experience (must) in Customer Service and_
_ __experience in credit cards / banking / customer service._**
_ _

_Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi._

_ _

_Ability to provide great customer experience / solve customer issues/ Ability to upsell_

_ _

_A capacity to work on a computer efficiently for extended periods of time_

_ _

_Meeting the process CTQ's on a daily/weekly/monthly basis_

_ _

_Preferred qualifications_:

_ _

_Previous experience in a Banking or financial services role _

_Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills_

_ _

_Analytical skills with customer centric approach _

_Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent_

_ _

_You should be able to work on a flexible 24/7, 5 Days working schedule (including weekend shift)_
