Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • 1.

Business Cases for New Products:
Discussion, Compilation, IRR Computations, Approvals

  • 2. Monitoring of Ongoing projects with respect to progress, pitfalls / delays, cash flow projection and product cost
  • 3. Evaluation of Revenue & Capex proposal
  • 4. Revenue & Capex Budget Overseeing the process, analysis, monthly MIS, Quarterly projections
  • 5. Submission of Projects Revenue & Capex MIS with analysis for variances
  • 6. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly closing of books of Accounts
  • 7. Facilitating Quarterly and Year end Audit
  • 8. Variance Analysis of fixed expenses for Stat Audit & major Expenses Schedule of Statuatory Audit
  • 9. Supporting R&D audit under Sec 35(2ab) of Income Tax Act, 1961 for claiming Inhouse R&D expenses benefit
  • 10. Ensuring process compliance as per ICFR and Internal audit requirements
  • 11. Zero based budgeting for PD business unit
  • 12. Monitoring and supporting costing for new products under development along with Product Cost team
  • 13. Preparation and analysis of various MIS for the Business

Experience

  • CA / ICWA with min. 10 years of experience

Qualifications

  • Professionally qualified Accountant Â
  • CA or ICWA

  • 3. Ability to manage team of officers with mix of qualified & non qualified officers
  • 4. Experience in working in Cross Functional Teams along with Technical & Non Finance team member
