Description
Accountable for the team's timely and accurate payroll
- includes all interface and payroll processing activities,

  • Ensure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation
- includes reconciliation of results and audit checks.

  • Manage client issues work with client and internal partners to classify, prioritize and followup.
  • Identify, recommend and implement process improvement methodologies that strengthen service delivery.
  • Act as a Checker to review various Payrolls (On-Cycle, Offcycle and ROEs etc) worked & ready to deliver by the Maker (by the Team or Another Lead's Team) Skills and Experience Experience in managing a team with accountability and ownership for end to end handson processing payroll and year end activities. Experience and Knowledge in US Payroll and Other contries will be an added advantage. Strong ability to interpret & follow Business Runbook / Payroll Procedure.
