Administrative Assistant - Bengaluru, India - Red Baton Creative Marketing Solutions
Description
You are good at:
Organizing, managing, and keeping an office running, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages
You will be responsible for (not limited to):
Prepare, review and maintain written records of documents (letters, office memos, correspondence)
Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, which includes working with finance and admin personnel, scheduling meetings, and performing clerical duties
Maintain meeting minutes
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, inventory, office equipment, and disposal
Maintain complete stock of all office supplies
Keep track of office maintenance, connect with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Your experience:
1-3 years of experience
Your academic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
What will we be excited to see in you:
Language Proficiency - English, Hindi, Kanada
Understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to write persuasively
Experience in preparing reports
