Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage production line activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with the Production Manager to plan and prioritize production orders based on customer demand and inventory levels.
Oversee and ensure the efficient use of resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to meet production targets.
Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, costeffectiveness, and quality.
Train, mentor, and lead production staff, fostering a positive and safetyconscious work environment.
Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality control departments to address equipment issues and maintain product quality standards.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in the production process.
Prepare and maintain production reports and records, including performance metrics and KPIs.
Address any productionrelated issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field. Relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience (X years) working in a supervisory role within the têxtiles and garment manufacturing industry.
Sound knowledge of production processes, garment manufacturing techniques, and têxtile production equipment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage and motivate a diverse production team.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and make quick, informed decisions.
