Job Title:
Corporate Sales Executive - Home Furnishing


Responsibilities:

1.


Client Acquisition:


  • Identify and target potential corporate clients in the home furnishing sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients through market research and networking.
2.


Relationship Management:


  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide personalized service and solutions based on the unique requirements of each client.
3.


Product Knowledge:


  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the home furnishing industry.
  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of our product line and how it aligns with the needs of corporate clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients as needed.

Sales Targets:


  • Set and achieve sales targets in collaboration with the sales team and management.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
5.


Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the home furnishing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the home furnishing market, including product trends and competitor landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in corporate sales, specifically in the home furnishing sector.

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship, Fresher

Contract length: 36 months


Salary:
₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
