EXPERIENCE REQUISITE

  • 5+ years of experience in performance & media houses
  • Experience in independently building media strategy and media planning
  • Ability to drive results & manage the team
  • Must have Publishers, Affiliates experience
  • Must be able to crack deals and be a media strategist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Publisher/Display Section,

  • Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
  • Compare and negotiate rates, ad space and airtime
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Report to clients and build longterm relationships
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the campaigns.
  • Optimize plans and budgets with regards to the best media mix.
  • Sample various new platforms and channels to determine the best.
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately

  • Researching and evaluating the segment audience

  • Liaising with media owners, making sure specific statistics, circulation and viewing total are current.
  • Providing media recommendations, such as timings and cost breakdowns, to assist clients in making an informed decision about future advertising strategies.
  • Modifying media schedules in response to the latest audience figures.
Affiliate section,

  • Working closely with affiliates and monitoring existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue
  • Seeking and developing new affiliate relationships
  • Acquiring traffic on CPC, CPM, and CPV basis that best suits our available demand
  • Working closely with other departments to determine best markets, volumes, and types of traffic to pursue
  • Determine KPI goals by campaign and work with internal attribution teams for crosschannel deduped results, communicate expectations with affiliates
  • Improve internal tools for tracking content performance, partner with attribution team to ensure platforms are correctly following into deduped reporting
  • Recommend the affiliate marketing strategy, including opportunity analysis, revenue targets, prioritization, and budget management
  • Identify new opportunities, recruit new affiliates and negotiate financial structure of deals
  • Develop offers and other marketing opportunities to expand the program
  • Coordinate execution of budget, invoicing and technical support requirements
  • Develop and grow relationships with key affiliates and marketing partners
  • Proactively manage affiliate compliance and perform competitive monitoring

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITE

  • Professionallevel proficiency in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing, abreast with latest industry trends, marketing campaigns and the next viral video trend
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, analytical & collaborative skills
  • Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadlinedriven projects and workflows
  • Able to manage and accommodate the team members
  • Should have a keen eye for detail

QUALIFICATION REQUISITE

  • Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
  • Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce will be added bonus
