Experience : 10+ years Industrial relations & Welfare activities: - Responsible to deal with Union members and to ensure cordial relations are maintained - Regular shop floor visits and proactively managing Industrial Relations issues at the plant level - Ensure timely redressal of employee grievances and monitor disciplinary action process and enquiry proceedings for any cases related to absenteeism, negligence, etc.

- Be involved in wage revision negotiations settlement process - Management and smooth implementation of Employee Satisfaction measures for Operators - Ensure training initiatives are monitored and initiated for Operators, in tandem with L&D In-charge - Responsible for roll out of Employee Engagement initiatives for Operators, in tandem with Development In-charge

Statutory Compliances:

  • Liaison with relevant authorities/ statutory bodies for various approvals /renewals /certifications etc.
  • Ensure adherence of statutory compliance and all relevant licences are monitored
  • Attend Labour courts & Tribunal matters
  • Monitor all requirements pertaining to Provident Fund, Superannuation, Gratuity
  • Compliances, Nominations, Withdrawals & Transfers Recruitment
  • Operators
  • Responsible for ensuring the hiring needs are achieved within the timeframe for continued business productivity
  • Attending job fairs, visit ITI institutes and other events to get the right resources
  • Continuously design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Ensuring smooth On-boarding & Off-boarding activities are managed effectively.

Contract Labour Management:

  • Responsible to ensure compliances are met related to Contract labour.
  • Monitoring of monthly and quarterly audits of contractors conducted by approved vendor by MBIL MIS & Reporting:
  • Responsible for Manpower reporting, Labour cost reports and monthly reports related to Sick Leave, HPV, etc.
