  • Roles and Responsibility

  • Perform day to day accounting for bill booking.
  • GST, TDS and TCS accounting and return filing.
  • Sundry creditors' reconciliation on monthly basis and Balance sheet schedule preparation.
  • Communicate with the vendor on need basis.
  • Circulate daily dashboard on invoice accounting.
  • Coordinate with auditors for documents submission and manage their queries.
  • Preparing monthly reports for due outstanding invoices.
  • Payment to vendor invoices based on due date.
  • Monthly closer of books including accruals and reversals.
  • Should have good written and spoken English skills.
  • Motivated, selfstarter individual with high level of integrity, intensity, and activity with a cando attitude.
  • Ability to work in team.
  • Should have knowledge of SAP/NetSuite.
  • Should have good command in Excel.
  • Should able to perform end to end task related to accounts payable function.
