Position:
Sales Executive - Banking Products
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for banking products, including loans, credit cards, and investment services.
- Conduct sales presentations to individuals and businesses to promote banking products and services.
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations to clients based on their needs and financial goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and financial transactions using CRM software.
- Uphold compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Goaloriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and embrace continuous learning and development.
Pay:
₹1.00 - ₹68,000.00 per month
