Customer Success Intern

Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new customers by providing product demonstrations and training.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and data.
  • Continuously improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
