Customer Success Intern
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions and concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Assist in the onboarding of new customers by providing product demonstrations and training.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and data.
- Continuously improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
