Qualifications:

12 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a staffing environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability to fastchanging priorities and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
