- Follow a consultative approach to understand the IT job role requirements & expectations of the Asia Pacific clients we have;
- Derive a sourcing strategy to reach out to right group of tech talents;
- Understand the matching skills/capabilities/aspirations of the tech talents;
- Guide talents for their career progression (candidate management);
- Present the right talent profiles to the clients;
- Facilitate the matching/hiring process for the client to hire the right talents, bingo That's what is expected from this role;
- Managing large resource ramp-ups as a project and team management are possible for aspirants with relevant skills;
- Result Orientation: Your sincere efforts towards talents' success, client and community delight to have a meaningful career.
- Education in engineering or computer science related discipline shall be required;
- Being an individual contribution role, we are considering candidates with relevant work experience of 5 years in tech executive search or IT talent acquisition or tech recruitment for external clients, of which at least 2 years of experience serving clients in Asia Pacific market;
- Excellent communication, inter-personal skills, being meticulous and result-orientation are the most important attributes for this role;
- Having a mind-set of delivering value to make candidates/clients succeed and commitment to the purpose of the role;
- Positive attitude to put-in efforts to achieve the desired goals shall make you a good fit for this role;
- This being a specialised role, ability to keep learning is one of the key success factors for this role.
