Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided contact list.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor the pitch to meet those needs.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to answer potential customer inquiries.
  • Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
  • Schedule appointments for field sales representatives when necessary.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Keep detailed records of call information, including outcomes, in the company CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on call processes and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persistent and resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
