Customer Support Executive:


Technical Skills:
Proficiency in preparing excel reports and MIS handling etc.


Eligibility Criteria:
B.Com, M.Com, MBA with Finance or Intermediate CA or Associate's degree in accounting or finance.


Job Location:
Kalavad Road Rajkot.


Experience:
1 to 3 Years of experience in customer support.


CTC Package: 2 to 2.5 Lakhs per annum


Customer Support Executive Profile:


  • CSE profile starts with handling client query related to generalize accounting software.
  • Require to provide telephonic or online support for software installation, training on the software and other routine queries including accounting queries.
  • Provide client support while trouble shooting like printer setup query etc. Handle complaints or objections if any and report or escalate the same to the next level for further solution.
  • Handle frequent reviews and followups with clients as per need.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Pay:
₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year
