The Role:


We are currently seeking a
Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team as our first team member based in India This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition.


What You'll Do:


  • Offer onsite and virtual support for recruiting needs in our new India office, partnering with our People Operations team.
  • Build out and document efficient processes, including the onsite interview process.
  • Establish and support the new Addepar India Inc.'s brand.
  • Manage job details and data integrity in our applicant tracking system.
  • Increase hiring efforts by collaborating on Talent Acquisition projects and programs.

Who You Are:


  • Prior experience in supporting a fast paced, highvolume Recruiting or Human Resources department.
  • Ability to problemsolve independently.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate challenges.
  • Poised, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Experience supporting global workforces across challenging timezones.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, preferred.
  • Experience with Google Suite, preferred.


This role will follow local (India) working hours with an occasional need to attend company or team meetings that fall before or after hours.
