How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central.

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and responding to day-to-day tickets.

Work closely with stakeholders, business partners to understand business needs, customize systems to match those needs.

Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards to provide key insights into HR metrics and performance.

Support system release/upgrade and refresh activities, ensuring flawless transitions.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
4+ years of overall HR experience and preferably 2+ years of handson SuccessFactors experience, specifically in Employee Central, including detailed business rules, EC reporting, and integrations.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Knowledge in RBP and integration center.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problemsolving and analytical abilities.

Experience working in a global, corporate environment.
Certification in Employee Central is a plus.
