Introduction:


As a Pre Sales Associate in the real estate sector, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between potential buyers and properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and effectively present available properties to match their needs.

You will serve as a key liaison between the sales team and prospective buyers, providing crucial information and assistance to facilitate property sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable properties for clients.
  • Showcase properties to clients through presentations, virtual tours, and onsite visits.
  • Provide accurate and uptodate information on property features, pricing, and amenities.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate property viewings and follow up on leads.
  • Assist in negotiations and closing deals by providing support and information as needed.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to property listings, client interactions, and transactions.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with property management software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and information.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented approach to sales and client service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client preferences.
  • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
**Languages:

  • English, Hindi and Marathi**Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
