We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team anddeliver training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal
align with the organization's goals and objectives. The Corporate Trainer will play a crucial
role in equipping employees with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and maintain training programs
that cater to the specific needs of various departments within the organization.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for
employees, both in-person and through digital platforms.
Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with department heads and management to
identify training needs, skill gaps, and areas for improvement.
Curriculum Design:
Create training materials, including manuals, multimedia visual
aids, and e-learning modules.
Assessment and Feedback:
Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure
training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.
Content Updates:
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure
training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
Individual Coaching:
Provide one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and feedback to
employees to support their professional development.
Progress Tracking:
Maintain records of training attendance, employee progress,
and skills improvement.
Communication:
Effectively communicate training objectives, expectations, and
results to both management and employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and needs.
- Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and training requirements.
- Certification in training or adult education is a plus.
Pay:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per month
