Summary:

Responsibilities:

Lead project initiation and planning, ensuring that project goals and objectives are clearly defined, and project scope is wellunderstood and agreed upon.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, including identifying and managing project stakeholders, and providing regular communication and updates to project team members and stakeholders.
Plan, monitor, and track project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks as they arise, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of business cases and risk management, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that project activities are aligned with business goals and objectives.
Facilitate regular project team meetings and stakeholder communications, providing status updates and ensuring that everyone is aware of project progress and any issue that need to be addressed.
Ensure that project activities are in compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that project documents are uptodate and well organized.
Participate in project reviews and ensure that lessons learned are incorporated into future project planning and execution.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management/IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
35 years of experience in project management
IT project management experience.
Solid understanding of business cases and risk management.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in full life cycle project management.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
