Sales Executive


  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors within the manufacturing industry.
  • Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the manufacturing industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, operations, engineering, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, regulations, and market dynamics within the manufacturing sector.
  • Identify areas for expansion, diversification, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support business development efforts.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
