Responsibilities:

Develop colour measurement methodology and Establish a colour database to support the digitalization strategy in Group
Manage colour space projects together with dispersion teams to enhance product competitiveness
Lead the joint development of an automatic colourmatching algorithm and system with external institutes
Provide colour science support in realtime and onsite colour measurement
Conduct literature and patent search on colour science and colour management; analyse and summarize search results in a report according to the background information and target performance requirement, and conduct competitive studies
Develop an understanding of technical challenges and provide solutions to overcome problems
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area
Accountability for the fulfilment of the innovation pipeline, product development and service project
