Description

As an admin executive for Australian Process, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with team members, and clients.

1 : General Administration:
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality.

Assist in preparing reports, and other relevant documentation as required.


2 : Coordination and Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact for the clients and liaising with team members

Facilitate effective communication between team members, ensuring timely dissemination of information and following up on action items.


3 : Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.

Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.

Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a sales or lead generation.

Convenient to do morning shift.


Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
