Major Deliverables
Assist in design and development of M&E system
Develop and revise the M&E data collection tools as per requirements
Develop training modules on the M&E system and the tools and give training to respective stakeholders
Hold data quality assurance system, strengthen it and ensure quality data in MIS (offline and online)
Hold concurrent monitoring system
Timely quality data provisioning to the other departments as per their requirement
Generate periodical M&E and other reports
Analyze programmatic data and produce report based on it
Hold periodical program reviews
Hold prepost quality data collection, compilation, and analysis
Disseminate the evidences generated through programmatic data and other sources
Hold data management of all the data coming from the different units
Assist in preparing the M&E and related reports for the organization requirement
Document the case studies and other similar requirements
Work in close coordination with different program teams
Coach and mentor data assistants and data administrators
Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Educational Qualification-

25 years of experience in supporting program monitoring
