- You will be working as Recruitment Specialist where you will work very closely with CEO's Office to hire and built a highperformance team.
- You must be wellversed with the online/offline recruiting tools & techniques; good at running background & reference checks; and comfortable making cold calls to potential candidates.
- It's a hardcore recruiting position in the dynamic startup / investing space and would give you the best possible learning experience & exposure, and fast track your career.
- Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's in HR / Sciences from a Tier-1 college.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience in a similar role at a search firm / startup with a flair for recruiting.
- Age: Under 25 Years
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Use the online/offline recruiting tools & techniques to target right candidate pool.
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
- Coldcall potential candidates and be the first point of contact for the company, introducing it in the best possible light.
- Maintain a database of promising candidates.
- Schedule Interviews of shortlisted candidates.
- Do background & reference checks.
- Provide support to HR Head in recruitment related functions.
- Demonstrate composure & flexibility, regardless of competing priorities.
- Do it all day in and day out with enthusiasm.
- Respect: For self, colleagues, customers, investors, competition, and environment.
