Job roles and responsibilities:

Role and Responsibilities:

Create awareness of and develop the brand by communicating with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
Planning, advertising, public relations, event organisation, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
Coordinating with supervisors by travelling to various college or universities in regard of training.
Answering calls and resolving queries about product or services provided by company.
Reaching potential or existing clients to advice them about the services or administration utilizing predefined scripts.
Maintaining client relations and tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Calling active or old customers for updates.
To explain the benefits of the product or service to potential clients.
To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the product or service.

Qualifications and preferable skill Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
Experience as Marketing representative will be preferred.
Excellent knowledge of English language, proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to switch communication style.
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
Telephone skills, data entering skills.
