Job Description:


  • Manage multiple research and development projects/ programs simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within schedule.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including customer facing teams, product managers, engineers, marketing teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project risks and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  • Facilitate effective communication between crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Determine the effectiveness of Sprinklr release readiness, enhancement request submission and prioritization and data vendor management processes.
  • Responsible for building appropriate external and internal clientfacing materials.
  • Identify, communicate, and execute on new opportunities related to the company's R&D functions.
  • Track Operational (and Business) KPI's and have the ability to understand why metrics are performing the way they are.
  • Support the development of continuously evolving CTO Office strategies/ initiatives aimed at supporting Sprinklr rapid expansion
