1. Implement Strategies for ATL & BTL Advertising.- Comfortable shooting her own videos.
- Implement innovative methods & ideas to increase Brand Awareness and Enhance Brand Positioning.
- Drive the Brand Strategy ensuring excellence in execution and delivery against Brand KPIs.
- Execute the Annual Branding & Marketing Calendar based on the Brand Targets for Online and Offline Channels.
- Execute Offline Retail, PR, Campaigns, Social Media, Influencer Marketing to Enhance the Brand Image and Ensure Consistent & Elevated Brand Positioning.
- Implement integrated marketing plans and strategies for Offline Retail & Online presence, in sync with business plans, and business targets, annual marketing calendar, drive brand campaigns and product launch along with seniors.
- Drive Engagements & Cross Promotions to enhance the Brand Positioning.
- Ensure consistent and elevated brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
- Focus on delivering the brand strategy in a relevant and meaningful way, enhancing the brand image, position and reputation amongst consumers, in accordance with brand guidelines, design formats and marketing principles.
- Enhance Brand Photoshoots, Campaigns, Social Media to improve the Value Proposition of the Brand.
- Ensure timely launch of Brand Shoots & Campaigns in accordance with the Brand Calendar.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2-6 years' work experience as a Brand Executive in Fashion/Retail/Consumer Brand is a MUST.
- MBA - Marketing preferably from a premier MBA institute.
- Strong consumer understanding with experience in a Consumer Brand.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
