Job Description -
Customer Success Associate

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team

Responsibilities:

Visit hospitals and patient's homes to setup devices
Conduct site recce and inform about device requirements to remote team
Train nurses, doctors, patients on Dozee and the patient monitoring dashboard
Coordinate with remote team and inform about activities conducted during the visit
Build and manage relationship with nurses, doctors etc

Requirements:

02 years of healthcare/hospital operations experience.
Open to travel within the city and owns a 2 wheeler.
Open to working inside hospital wards and work in night shifts
Good communication skills and fluency in local languages
Prior field experience is a plus
Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred
