Job description as below
Working on various Networking & Security technologies.

Working on Firewalls (Checkpoint, Pala-Alto/Cisco ), CIsco Client, VPN (Juniper/Pulse secure) or F5 (LTM/GTM)
Oversee critical accounts in Security domain
Handle L3 escalations from Security Operations center, Provide RCA's/

Monitor and perform critical changes, patches, upgrades on network and security infrastructure

Monitor and manage capacity and performance issues
Be the key spoc for configurations builds, UAT & roll out to Operations
Develop recommendations for SOC infrastructure & tools
Tools evaluation & Business case approach documentation
Prepare HLD & LLD, process and technical documentation
Cross functional support on for Voice and Data networks
Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers
Deploy and support Network & Security solutions
Understand and adoption of globally defined standards in managed security services
Work with Presales on Network and Security solutioning
Work with Application and workplace teams in identifying and resolving Network performance issues
Technical documentation and training L1/L2 Operational team
Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing, and drive remediation related activities
