  • Maintain the lead database of existing and prospective clients.
  • Arrange meetings for the Sales team and follow up on the same.
  • Record sales data and other information.
  • Handle walkin customers and ensure proper coordination between the company, the sales team, and its clients.
  • Record clients' feedback, and market information (If any)
  • Maintain periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ followups reports.
  • Support in making pitch presentations & participating in client meetings.
