Responsibilities
- **Facility Operations**:
  • Oversee facility operations for a range of properties, including malls, commercial spaces, retail outlets, star properties, and premier gated residential properties.

Vendor Management and Compliance:

  • Manage vendors, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and ensure compliance with established standards and agreements.

Client Management:


  • Handle client relationships, including invoice processing, addressing client needs, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:


  • Implement and maintain quality assurance measures, particularly focusing on soft services.

Site Audit and Survey:

  • Conduct regular site audits and surveys to assess operational efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:


  • Prepare MIS & MMR reports to provide insights into operational performance and areas for enhancement.

Training and Development:


  • Conduct training sessions for facilities staff, including induction and refresher programs.

R&R Activities:


  • Organize and oversee Recognition and Reward (R&R) activities onsite.

Client Communication:


  • Prepare and disseminate Minutes of Meetings (MOM) to enhance client communication and service delivery.

Financial Responsibilities:


  • Manage attendance, salary, and budgeting processes, ensuring financial efficiency.

Audit and Best Practices:

  • Ensure regular audit and adherence to best practices through daily briefings and site rounds.

Billing Process:


  • Ensure timely billing from clients and validate attendance for accurate processing.

Client Liaison and PR:

  • Maintain client liaison and foster positive public relations, addressing issues and escalations.

Vendor Meetings:


  • Conduct regular meetings with vendors to ensure compliance with Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Manpower and Supplies:


  • Oversee manpower recruitment and procurement of materials and supplies.

Machinery Installation and Demonstration:

  • Coordinate the installation of machinery on-site and conduct demonstrations for staff.

Qualifications:


  • 10+2 or Graduate with a high preference for a Bachelor's in Hotel Management (BHM) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Facility Management
