File maintenance work & all admin activities- Monitoring and recording the admin events & Report admin related expenses.
- Planning board meetings, scheduling interviews, arranging accommodation for clients and guests and plan employee birthdays and other luncheons.
- Maintain office facilities, storage and organization of files in workplace
Preferred Qualification:
A degree from a reputed institute or any course related to management.
