File maintenance work & all admin activities

  • Monitoring and recording the admin events & Report admin related expenses.
  • Planning board meetings, scheduling interviews, arranging accommodation for clients and guests and plan employee birthdays and other luncheons.
  • Maintain office facilities, storage and organization of files in workplace
Report admin related to HR Manager


Preferred Qualification:

A degree from a reputed institute or any course related to management.
