Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Operations Specialist with a focus on cataloging and listing.

As an integral part of our ecommerce operations, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently creating and managing product listings on various online marketplaces.

Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial in ensuring the success of our ecommerce operations.

What would be your responsibilities?

Catalogue Management:

Create and update product catalogues for online marketplaces, ensuring accurate and complete product information.
Maintain consistent naming conventions, SKU codes, and other identifiers for products.
Conduct regular audits to identify and correct catalogue errors, inconsistencies, or data gaps.

Listing Creation:

Write compelling and accurate product descriptions, utilizing effective keywords for search optimization.
Source and optimize product images, ensuring highquality visuals that meet marketplace guidelines.
Set competitive pricing based on market research and pricing strategies.
Manage inventory levels and availability, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accurate stock information.

Marketplace Management:

Monitor marketplace policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Stay updated with marketplace trends and best practices to maximize sales opportunities.
Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular quality checks on product listings to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Address customer inquiries or concerns related to product information, availability, or pricing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and customer service

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools and reports to track performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Generate regular reports on cataloguing and listing activities, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in ecommerce operations, catalogue management, or listing creation.
Familiarity with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and their listing requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling product descriptions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with content management systems or ecommerce platforms are a plus.
Understanding of product photography and image editing software is a plus.
