  • Lead the Security and Administration function of the organization with large size Manpower.
  • Developing and implementing security & Admin policies, protocols and procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV equipment and investigations
  • Conducts regular security inspections.
  • Investigates security threats and breaches.
  • Leads company emergency response trainings.
  • Ensure Statutory Compliances and submission of statutory documents.
  • Managing the performance of contract security personnel.
  • Preparing and managing budgets and expenditure.
  • Creativity and innovation in deploying security technologies.
  • Recruiting, training and Manages security officers and guards.
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
  • Should have good knowledge of intellectual properties protection.
  • Presents security improvement plans to executives.
  • Providing protection for personnel and company property through the management of security protocols.
  • Complete administration of Canteen, Transport etc.
  • Good liasioning with Govt. Authorizes
  • Any Graduate with good academic record and 2026 yrs of experience in handling Security and administration department of large size manufacturing companies in which 5 years should be as CSO.

Maximum Age - 48 Years

Ex Serviceman with minimum 3+years of experience in any manufacturing industry

  • Should have worked in
    as Captain/ Major or Colonel level.

Good Written and Oral communication.

  • Strong leadership and Administrator quality.
  • Must have good experience in Vigilance / Theft Protection etc.

Salary:
₹125, ₹183,000.00 per month
