Role Summary:

Key Deliverables:

Build and maintain strong relationships with current investors, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
Develop and execute an investor engagement and retention strategy that includes investor communications, events, and meetings.
Develop and manage investor materials, including presentations, newsletters, and other communications to keep investors informed about product updates, market trends, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze investor feedback, using this information to inform product development and improve customer experience.
Manage investor onboarding.
You will also be responsible for engaging and retaining them throughout their journey with BHIVE alts and complete operational ownership of BHIVE investors.

Key Competencies and Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
46 years of experience in Investor Relations/Banking, preferably within a real estate or investment company, not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and investment vehicles would be a plus.
Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot and Zoho, is a plus.
