*Job Description: Sales Executive - Disposable Items, Tissue, and Napkins**Position Overview:
*Responsibilities:
1. *Market Penetration:
- Identify and target potential clients within the disposable items, tissue, and napkin sectors.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
2. *Sales and Business Development:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while constantly seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other business development strategies.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients effectively, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to each client's needs.
3. *Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
4. *Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Set ambitious sales targets and consistently work towards achieving or exceeding them.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, transactions, and followups, in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the sales manager or senior leadership.
- Cultivate longlasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Any Bachelor's degree or in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven sales experience of 35 years in the disposable items industry, with a focus on tissue and napkin products.
- Strong knowledge of the disposable items market, including trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and negotiating with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to travel within the designated sales region, if required.
