We have grown over 1600% in revenues in the last provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell.

Our IVA is transforming financial institutions' call centers from a cost to a revenue center.
Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding.

Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1.

We are 120 people strong with employees spread across India and US locations.

Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems.

Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups.
We are a fully remote team. Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.

As an SDE-II, you will be responsible for:

Design, Implement and Maintain features, workflows, and API across Interface's conversational AI Platform, Products, and Partner Integrations.
Give and receive technical feedback through code reviews or design discussions.
Work with a team of driven and passionate colleagues(Developers, Product managers, QAs, Conversational designers, etc.) who work on cuttingedge technology and take pride in solving complex problems.

Have worked in a startup of 5 to 30 employees and got a chance to see the products being built
Have a strong fundamental understanding of Computer Science with a Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field
Have 24 years of work experience as a software developer
Handson experience in building small products or features in a big product and taking it live
Handson experience in is a big plus.
Handson experience in working with Relational DBs and writing complex SQL queries(Postgresql/MySQL)
Have a good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Participate in the Design and Development of new features in the product.
Participate in Product releases through requirement reviews, development, deployment, documenting release notes and technical details regarding functionality and configuration.
Ability to work in a highpaced dynamic environment with broadlevel requirements, deadlines, pressures, etc.
Working knowledge of Linux/Solaris environments
Must have experience with Version Control systems, preferably GIT
Need to have excellent team orientation skills. Good Communication Skills are required.
Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs no supervision.
Exposure to performance tuning & resolving production issues in previous engagements is a plus
Having exposure to the AWS cloud environment is a plus
Are passionate about learning new stuff(technologies, programming languages, etc.) and do so quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing good technical documents.
