Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday financial transactions and activities of the jewelry store.
  • Record and maintain accurate accounting records using Tally or other financial software.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct periodic financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data and support decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax filings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in jewelry retail finance and accounting.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business initiatives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in finance and accounts roles within the jewelry industry.
  • Proficiency in Tally or similar financial software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in retail or jewellery store finance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations related to the jewellery industry is advantageous.

Salary:
₹22, ₹33,000.00 per month
