_Role:
Offline Expansion (Retail and Offline Distribution) - Launch Associate_
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a control Tower for the Offline Channels Data:
- Manage Price Status/Inventory/Sales Data as a SPOC
- Deep Dive analysis on the Sales Across ShopinShop Store, Distributors, and COCO store
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in the store and with our offline distributors.
- Conduct regular stock checks, restocking, and inventory adjustments.
- Ensure stock levels meet customer demand and sales forecasts.
- Store Merchandising:
- Assist and execute the visual merchandising to create an attractive store environment.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling displays across all stores
- Sales Support:
- Sales and Product Training for the
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail operations or Offline Distribution.
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
