• Conduction, followup and closure of Safety Meeting Ensuring over all machine safety (Mechanical and electrical) across shop floor LOTO
• Check on Implementation of LOTo for safety in every machine under maintenance HIRA
• Responsible for HIRA on every New machines/equipment in plant ERT and EHS meeting participation Imparting Safety, EHS and hygiene training according to training calendar and monthly hygiene training. Conducting mock drill Imparting fire fighting and first aid training Hazardous waste quanity supervision PPE record maintainence and stock overview (Both technical food safety PPEs) Maintaining all Display Boards
• EHS,PCB, ERT, Safety wall etc Near miss recordkeeping, documentation, closure and follow up RED CARD recordkeeping, documentation, closure and follow up Conversion of safety meeting in Hindi and updating in safety wall accordingly Ensuring of safety equipments used in the plant Overall supervision of Hygiene and safety in plant (Both Inside and outside) First Aid Boxes Maintenance/record keeping of first aid boxes Water tank cleaning every forthnightly and maintaining related record STP Supervision water supply and related administrative control RO and water cooler
• Maintainence and supervision Supervision on proper Issuance of work permit,record keeping nad adherence Ensuring
• NO Tobacco and smoking in premises Ensuring all safety eqipments for outside vendors/contractors working inside premises List Of Registers Cleaning record register Water tank cleaning schedule register Training register (As and when required) Red card file (Green and yellow) Near Miss record Mock drill register (As and when required) PPE Registers 3 Nos First Aid Register 01 List of Soft copy Record Keeping PPE Records Near Miss record Red card record Safety meeting MOM in Hindi and English Fire extinguisher record First Aid Record
