Job Overview:

As a Remote Trader at OAL, you will play a vital role in executing trades across various financial markets. You will analyze market trends, monitor real-time data, and make informed trading decisions to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Execute trades across different financial markets, including stocks, commodities, currencies, and derivatives.
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and news to identify trading opportunities.
• Monitor realtime market data and perform technical and fundamental analysis to inform trading strategies.
• Execute trades in accordance with established risk management parameters and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize trading platforms and tools to execute trades accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain trade records, track performance, and generate reports for analysis and review.
• Collaborate with research analysts and other teams to gather market insights and develop trading strategies.
• Stay updated on market developments, industry news, and regulatory changes that may impact trading activities.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate trading strategies to optimize performance and adapt to market conditions.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, counterparties, and other market participants.
• Adhere to compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all trading activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in trading or finance are preferred.
• Proven experience as a Trader, preferably within a financial institution, hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, including stocks, commodities, currencies, and derivatives.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms and tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or other industrystandard platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends effectively.
• Strong decisionmaking abilities and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Strong integrity and adherence to ethical standards in trading activities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple trades and positions simultaneously.
• Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
