Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students and their parents to introduce them to our academic programs and services.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students and parents on our academic programs and services.
- Understand the academic needs and goals of the students and recommend appropriate programs or services.
- Follow up with students who have shown interest in our programs or services.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made and enrollments achieved.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
- Update student records and enrollment activities in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or Academic Counsellor in an edtech company or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate academic programs or services.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
- Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
