We require someone with deep understanding and experience in General Accounting._
Responsibilities_
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to the General Accounting domain._

- _Journal Entries Creation and Booking_
- _Month End Close Activities_
- _Manage the aligned process (as applicable)

General Accounting, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Reporting, Balance account reconciliations._

- _Intercompany Accounting_
- _Bank and Investment Reconciliations_
- _General Ledger Reconciliations_
- _Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL)_
- _Identifying balancing items and their clearance_
- _Escheat Reconciliations_
- _Corporate Reporting_
- _Internal and External Audit_
- _SOX Compliance_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum qualifications_

- _Freshers are eligible_
- _B.Com (H)/B.Com (P) (Only Regular graduation, no Distant Learning)_
- _CA firm experience not considered_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Relevant experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_
- _Good written and verbal communication skills_
- _MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros_
- _IT skills: ERP (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), MS Office_
- _Partner Management

Should have experience in managing, process owners and various_

- _Quality Lean/Process Improvement knowledge_
