Customer Relations Executives
Experience Level: 3-5 Years
Seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years of experience. Responsibilities include property analysis, transaction management, asset management, client communication, due diligence, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office. Real estate license or relevant certifications preferred.
Transaction Management:
Assist in negotiating and closing property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions. Coordinate with brokers, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Pay:
₹8, ₹36,991.23 per month
Schedule:
